Listen if I could give 100 stars I would! Nurse Trish was the trinity of customer service when it comes to a provider… personable, professional and welcoming! She listened to my needs and wants to make sure my goals were going to be met and my service was fabulous! Her attention to detail made sure I got exactly what I wanted! I’m actually happy I’ll be seeing her weekly!

Trish is AMAZING. I’ve been struggling with my weight for so long. I knew I wanted to start weight loss medication, but everyone in Richmond is just charging so much for it. I saw their advertisement online, was a bit skeptical because of the price but then when I got here it was so clean and cute and Trish was so educated and friendly. I’m telling all my friends, this place is a hidden gem.

Trish was so nice and welcoming! You can tell she’s a perfectionist about her work and is really passionate about giving you the results you want. She’s a great listener and really helped ease my anxiety with getting injections. Definitely coming back again!!
