Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Newport News

This was my first time here. I was given a $85 first time price. It included oxygen and an IV with one add in. They have you fill out a really long form then they have an RN call you to make sure you get what they think would be good for you. Then you go into a room where they put the needle in your arm. The tube that was attached to my needle started leaking down my arm. They flushed it 2 times. Then I was taken into another room that had about 5 massage chairs. This is where they start the massage chair and finish hooking up the IV. I was not a fan of the massage chair. It squeezes you and really pushes on your back. For me it was very rough. Then they shut the curtain and leave the room. I was the only customer ,that I saw, in the building . It was a little dark in the room but I noticed that the IV bag looked empty but no one was coming back in the room. So I pushed the button they gave me and the employee came in and as she was unhooking the IV I noticed that blood was going back up the tube. About a foot and a half up the tube. I don't know why they didn't come back since I seemed to be the only person there. I also didn't feel different when I left. The people that worked there were nice but it's not for me.

Amazing professional and hospitable service. Price is up there and wish it could be lower. I took my mom here and she was the most alert I’ve seen her in years. I highly recommend if you can afford it to give it a shot.

First time customer and so far so good! The staff was wonderful and extremely informative and my treatment went smoothly and without hitch. I will definitely be back in 2 more weeks!

Everyone @ PRIME IV in Newport News is amazing! I love coming here, the staff has really helped boost me in my health journey. They are so accommodating and take such good care of me; definitely 10/10 recommend.

Take my money I will always go back clean quiet chic and relaxing I won’t say I felt completely hydrated but I am a very unhealthy eater nor a water drinker but to get on track this definitely felt like it jumped started my health journey oh and they got me to get a membership so will update regularly.
