Just amazing all around I’m a bilateral cleft lip and palate affected adult, the results are amazing I breathe better and feel better after my Septorhinoplasty and lip revision. Dr Dobratz goes above and beyond to to i comfortable, he’s kind, patient and the smartest Dr I’ve encountered and I truly thank him and the staff for changing my life. The front desk people were super nice, made me feel very welcome, made conversation with me and even complimented me. It was a very pleasant experience. However. When I met Dr. Dobratz, he was very emotionless with me, didn't smile, didn't make conversation, looked at what I wanted a quote for, gave me info, then shook my hand to say good bye without giving me eye contact at all, and left the room. His attitude towards me vs. the attitude of his front desk staff was like night and day. I guess when you make a lot of money doing plastic surgery, customer service is not on the list. I will NOT be going to him for anything ever, nor will I recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr Eric Dobratz is an extremely talented plastic surgeon with the skill of an engineer, and the eye of an artist. My surgery with him was life changing, and I will forever be grateful. Now 70 years old. Nasal injury at age 7 fractured septal cartilage lengthwise, leaving me with a deviated septum, fully blocked left nostril. Always had sinus infections, never able to breathe through my nose. Life long mouth breather. As an avid cyclist, weight lifting enthusiast and more, being unable to breathe through my nose had always been such a hindrance to my activities. The quality of my sleep had also been affected as far back as I can remember. Three failed surgeries, the first at age 16, attempting to open my left nostril only made things worse. The last, in 2007, finished wrecking my nose completely. I was so disheartened with the bad results, it took until 2022 for me to even consider trying again, but my nose had become so bad, that I had no choice. I began seeking out area plastic surgeons and ENTs. No one would touch me, because so much cartilage had been removed in my last surgery, my nose was in danger of collapsing. These experts all recommended only one surgeon. Only one! Every one of them said if anyone could fix my nose, it would be Dr Eric Dobratz. Dr Dobratz performed what he referred to as a "deconstruct, reconstruct" procedure. All remaining cartilage was removed from my nose. He designed and built a new nasal framework from cadaver cartilage and installed it. The initial result was near perfection. I was amazed that for the first time in my life, as far back as I could remember, I could breathe freely through my nose! My nose also now has a 'tip', something that had been missing since 2007. It was such a joy feel the air rushing through both nostrils, I broke down in tears. Truly, it was a miracle! One year later he performed a slight revision which made things even better. Lying in bed at night, I am finally able to sleep on my back, with my mouth closed. The air rushing through my nose is so delicious and such a wonderful feeling, I find it indescribable! The quality of my sleep (and my life!) has greatly improved. I no longer wake up multiple times every night from not being able to breathe. I have more energy. My physical fitness endeavors are so much more enjoyable now that I am no longer a mouth breather. I highly recommend Dr Eric Dobratz!

I went to Dr. Dobratz seeking a revision rhinoplasty. In the past, I had 3 previous rhinoplasty's from a different surgeon, however my breathing was still greatly hindered and my nose was not cosmetically appealing to my liking. Dr. Dobratz listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and even provided me with additional options that would enhance not only my breathing, but the concerns I had with my physical appearance as well. Dr. Dobratz assured me that he would address all of my concerns and he did. The results were even better than I expected and I can finally breathe out of both sides of my nose again, plus I love how it looks! I have a very rare condition that causes many painful lipomas to form all over my body, including my neck. Dr. Dobratz was the first surgeon willing to try treating my condition. Multiple other surgeons would not even try due to their unfamiliarity with the condition. Dr. Dobratz does an amazing job! He listened to my concerns and was very thoughtful in his approach. He has performed 2 successful surgeries on my neck, and I'm extremely grateful!
