I see Miriam DeJesus and she's the best. She takes time with you to address your concerns and make sure you're up to date on medication and vaccines. She the easiest Dr to talk too and I never want to lose her.

I have to agree with the others of the office staff. Two specifically. The pharmacy tech and the office manager. Three months in a row I was having to go without medication. Pharmacy said they sent a message to the doctors office for refill and doctors office said they faxed it over. Once again the pharmacy tech stated there was a problem with my account and she couldn’t send it. So she lied from the very beginning each time. She wouldn’t return calls when she said she would and acted as if someone getting their medicine was no big deal. So I very harshly let her know it was a known problem with her on her side and she had three months to fix it and still didn’t. I ask to speak to the office manager and she answers with “why are you acting like this” I immediately told her I was going to record the call and asked her to repeat what she said. She stated she would send me a message over the portal and hung up on me. I call back to get the number to file a complaint and get transferred to three people. In the meantime the office manager set up an appointment without even asking if the day or time worked for me. Just set it and then tried to make out like it was previously scheduled. I let her know that was something she just did without my knowledge (her own staff said the office manager set it up) and then next thing I get a message the appointment was cancelled (without my knowledge) and I’m told I have 30 days to find another doctor. The letter came stating “deterioration of doctor/patient relationship” which none of this had anything to do with the doctor. NONE OF IT. Dr. Anjali Sood was the most amazing doctor. It is the office staff and their lies. I call the corporate office and “Karen” yes her name started from talking so nice and sweet to being rude and condescending. I told her I was going to record the call just for that reason and she stated she was not being comfortable being recorded and refused to speak if being recorded and of course started talking in a sweet voice again. If you are only taking a complaint then what is wrong with a call being recorded unless you have something to hide? Karen’s supervisor of course was not available and she would have quality control call me. Never heard from them. Called a few days later to speak to quality control and no one was available so I asked for them to call me since I have not received my original call back. Still have not heard from them. I now have lost the best doctor I have had in a very long time due to Hague Medical Associates staff and their lying. I can imagine what they told the doctor to cover themselves. The biggest issue is that a heart scan that Dr. Anjali Sood ordered came back during this time and shows I need immediate care for a heart blockage. A week later and still have not heard from ANYONE.

Debbie Turner is so exceptional, in all the good ways. Her expertise are exemplary. She is kind and patience. I am so appreciative of her professionalism! KF

I didn’t go as a patient but rather a guest of a patient getting a skin graph but I liked the staff and his doctor was very straightforward. The rosenblum practice has a very very small waiting room and is not for those who like small spaces. There are double elevators that are well kept in the interior lobby (which is beautiful) and it’s wheel chair friendly to enter the building

The staff is really nice here. I always get in super quick. My doctor had a "trainee" and he was very nice and professional. I did not mind interacting with him at all. He provided my doctor with all the info I discussed with him first. I really like this place and I always get in and out with no problems. I am very happy I chose this place for my primary care needs. I just want to give more compliments to the front desk there because they are always nice and friendly and always do their job quickly with a smile.
