I came here for a DOT Physical last week. They put the wrong number on the medical certificate. Drove almost three hours back only for them to give me another certificate that my company wouldn't take because they scribbled over a mistake. Nice people but I wouldn't advise anyone to utilize there DOT services.

Admin have always been an issue here and they’re only getting worse, I suggest finding somewhere that doesn’t overbook appointments and then blame you

The doctors are fantastic. Unfortunately, getting your prescription refilled is ridiculous. I called at 9AM on a Monday. The lady said she would send it to whomever it needed to go to. I waited until Wednesday at 4PM and called again. I was told it was still under review. It's time to find a new doctor.
