I had gone to Dr Sebastian for many years, but he stopped seeing patients. When you make an appointment, you are only seen by his PA. My son had developed warts on his foot. He was seen by Sarah James. She sprayed my son's foot and said this most likely wouldn't work. I then received a $100 bill in the mail a month later. I had to call the office and leave several messages. Finally, when I talked to the manager, Corey, that I should have been informed that my insurance would not pay for her treatment that obviously did not work, she was not very helpful at all. She said, every treatment here is trail and error. I highly recommend not going to this practice because you will not see Dr. Sebastian. You will be stuck with the PA with unfair charges.

Waste of time! There seems to be little concerns for patients in this office. I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment to see a PA. And then I had to wait for 30 minutes in the examination room without any updates on how long further it will take. I left after 30 minutes. When I informed the front desk that I am leaving since I had waited too long, they simply said "OK"!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sebastian for many years. He has always explained procedures to me and answered questions. Several years ago, he had do do a Mohr's surgery on my nose. It turned out to be more involved than originally thought and had to be done in 2 stages. Dr. Sebastian called in a plastic surgeon to look at the surgery site and got me the help needed for repair. Since that time he has done several biopsies on my body and face. I appreciate all that he has done for me. My only complaint about the practice is wait time in the waiting room. I have had several long waits and got no explanation for them. sometimes it seems that the receptionists are too busy on their phones to even notice the patients sitting or standing right in front of them.

The front desk staff and nurse were super nice, but the exam room was absolutely disgusting. I was the first appointment of the day, and there was supplies all over the floor, counters hadn’t been wiped down in weeks (caked on soap residue by the sink, etc.) there were open bottles with qtip sticks sticking out of them. Just looked to be in a general state of disrepair. Also had to wait half an hour to see the doctor even though I was the first appointment of the day. Definitely won’t be back.

The service here was horrible. I was seen by the doctor for less than 5 minutes and was given a card to go elsewhere. The doctor told me nothing about his opinion about the mole I came to get checked out and basically brushed me off as not serious enough. Extremely unprofessional. I can say with all certainty this is the last dermatologist anyone should see, worst care I have ever received. I just had to come back for a follow up about how poor my service here was. The nurse alongside Mr Sebastian seemed frightened to be charting for him. Very unprofessional environment with trash and Qtips next to the work station in the room. Again if you’re looking to get a skin mass looked at, I recommend avoiding this place like it’s haunted.
