Honestly, one day f the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. Nurse Felicia was fantastic and did a super job taking care of me. She is a testament to her profession as well as De. Phieffer. Dr. Phieffer really took the time to make sure I felt seen and heard. She the pros and cons of the different treatments and set me up with one that works for me. Highly recommend Avenues!

This practice is so wonderful, everyone is kind and it's super easy to get an appointment even as a new patient. Dr. Phieffer and her nurse Felicia are amazing! They have exceptional bedside manner, they're very comforting and incredibly helpful.

I’ve been seeing Avenues Derm for about five years now. They were recommended by a close friend. I’m a mid-sixties male who, of course, hasn’t worn an ounce of sunscreen in his life. Dr. Phieffer and her staff ( especially the delightful Felicia) have treated my little spots and abrasions with care and concern, and their follow-up is consistent across the board. Nice people, and exceptionally professional. I heartily recommend them. And wear your sunscreen, folks!

I had to have a cyst removed (twice). The first time I went to a different dermatologist and had a horrible experience - they didn't remove it all, they didn't give me good care instructions, the wound didn't heal well - it was a mess. At Avenues, they communicated clearly what I should expect, helped me understand what likely went wrong the first time (though expressed some incredulousness at how it had been done), and the whole experience was just so much better. I've since changed insurance so they're not not in network, but I'll go back here for any dermatology needs.
