I recently had an incredible anti-aging and LED facial with Anna at Luxura in Short Pump. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The C-suite executive Amber greeted me promptly and was extremely informative about their services. The atmosphere at Luxura is pure bliss - think soft girl vibes and a soothing environment that puts you at ease immediately. Anna's expertise shone through during my facial. The combination of anti-aging treatments and LED therapy left my skin glowing and rejuvenated. What really stands out about Luxura is their dedication to customer satisfaction. The entire team was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I was so thrilled with my experience that I booked my follow-up appointment before leaving. If you're looking for top-notch skincare in a welcoming atmosphere, Luxura is the place to go. Came in on opening day and got the most refreshing and relaxing facial from Madison. My skin looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend coming and checking out this new med spa. The space is so luxe and high end and the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Edit: an overall positive experience turned not-so-great when a "free" consultation with their dermatologist turned into an incredibly pushy sales pitch to try to get me to buy $20,000+ of skincare...seriously?! Sir. The rest of my plans for today involve going to shop the old Navy clearance section. On what planet am I going to spend $20k on facials and a red light wand? 🤣 The dermatologist trying to get me to buy this stuff was so incredibly pushy and wouldn't let me leave until I agreed to at least think about the monthly facials and set up a booked appointment for him to call me about the facials. It was too much. I hate pushy salespeople and this was one of the pushiest I've ever encountered. Really unfortunate as the rest of my experience was great up until then.

Madison did an amazing job! She was very thorough and explained all of the treatments she used. Luxura is such a Beautiful spa, I immediately felt like a Queen arriving there. The staff & service was wonderful I will definitely return.

Absolutely awful experience. Zero results from the facial nor the body tight. Was given incorrect information on pricing and wasn't made aware of it until after we had already started. The woman that did it complained about scheduling the entire time, provided incorrect information about the process (which I've had done before so I knew the info was incorrect). The rooms were ice cold. The only positive aspect of this was the front desk. The service sold was absolutely not the service I received. I only went with this place because they said they could do the body tight with the non surgical face lift. Save yourself the money and see Hannah at lounge house esthetics in Mechanicsville. She does the body captivation for only $100. To think they charge 650 for Zero results is truly mind blowing. I don't know how they get away with this but the attorney general will be contacted as well as several others. This is a scam to the fullest extent. There was zero resolution to my issues nor did they care I got a snotty well I'm sorry and then she ran off. I'm truly blown away by how absolutely awful this place is. Edit to add: the company responded to my review saying that results aren't immediate. I've had this done before and I lost 2 inches off my waist from seeing Hannah and at a fraction of the cost as well. 97, compared to 650- immediate results vs zero results and with gel left all over my stomach and at the top of my pants. I just got home and there is absolutely zeroooo difference in my face. So in addition to the body treatment being a scam, the non surgical face lift is also a scam.

I have the anti-aging facial with the UV light today with Ana, and she was absolutely amazing both professional and down to earth. My face has never felt better and I spend a ton of money on skincare. And last but definitely not least, let me take a minute to tell you about the front desk concierge service and the man behind the brand, Art. He is amazing and deserves a dramatic pay increase.
