I google searched and decided to try this practice for a consultation for some very minor spider veins around my nose in 2021. They had a person on staff named Lisa Klemmer-who truly exuded a lot of confidence in her skill and expertise. Long story short she scared my face. Not only do I have 4 permanent puncture scars around my nose, the spider veins are back and I am terrified to let anyone else touch my face. Now almost three years later every single time I look at those scars I get angry and I remember her and this practice. A practice is only as good as every employee there. My point is, be very judicious about who you let touch you, especially your face. This practice does not deserve a 5 star rating.

What a great practice. I know people who come from northern Virginia and Roanoke just to come here. A great alternative to dermatologist office or corporate med spa types. My wife was so happy with her procedure. We had to immediately celebrate at the seafood place happy hour across the street at stony point Mall!

I get Botox done with Brigitte and B12 injections with Patti and I can’t recommend them enough!! Everyone at the office desk is super nice and helpful as well. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Brigitte is so incredible. I will never see another injector again. Not only is she super kind and easy to talk to, she has freaking magical talent. I have seen 4 injectors in the last 10 years due to moves. Travis Shaw (who is terrible- please see anyone else), a highly revered injector in northern Virginia at the Naderi Center, Revee aesthetics, and now Brigitte at Richmond Surgical Arts. Brigitte is the only injector who has ever made injections less painful. I don’t know how she does it. I DO NOT bruise and I hardly swell. I can go about my life without looking like I got punched in the mouth. It’s absolutely incredible and blows my mind every time. She has been very honest and patient with my goals and my anatomy. I was never fully satisfied with my lip filler until her!

First time ever getting lips done and it was A BREEZE with Bridget!!!!! She was so calm, informative, and answered all my questions with ease. Thank you again and again. See you in 6 months!
