I’ve been going to Permanent Makeup & Skincare by Sandra Reyna for over two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Sandra is a true artist! Sadly, my experience was not good. I wanted to make this review to inform my experience. Sandra is a very nice lady but the eyebrows I got was not what I wanted. I wanted ombre powder brows. When she mapped them out they looked fine but when she tattooed them.. they looked uneven and way too boxy. They did not look natural at all. She told me to wait for the healing process but I immediately knew they did not look good. One eyebrow is thicker and the arch is raised than the other. I went to a couple of makeup permanent artists to get a second opinion and they confirm they were to boxy and saturated at the fronts of my eyebrows. This shouldn’t be done to get ombre brows. I appreciate Sandra for giving me a partial refund but honestly it will cost me a lot more money to remove this. I would have liked a full refund because this is a permanent tattoo that is on my face and it is not what I wanted. It’s disappointing when things are not done right. I just wanted to share my experience.

Sandra is amazing with her craft, and the sweetest person ever. She takes her time and does a beautiful job. I had powder brows done last year, and my 6+ month touch up today - truly THE BEST investment I have ever made! I get complimented all the time about my brows and refer Sandra to everyone who asks about them. It is such a convenience to wake up to perfect brows in the morning. I can't wait to see her again when I get my eyeliner done!!!

I never write reviews but I have to say that my experience getting powder/ombre brows was excellent and she did a wonderful job! She also replied back to my messages after the procedure which is so nice! Overall I'd recommend her to family and friends.
