Dr. Feledy and his team provide a great experience that is both professional and inviting. From the beginning of my consultation I felt confident in moving forward due to his thorough evaluation and honest opinion. My evaluation was for a breast augmentation and I appreciated his ability to take what I wanted and ensure I would be happy with the end result. What to expect with a consultation: Evaluation height, weight, and taking measurements of the bust. My goal was simply to fill out a shirt and with Dr. Feledy’s evaluation along with trying on some implants I was encouraged to go a bit bigger than I was comfortable with at first. Now looking back I’m so happy he encouraged me to do so. I fill out a shirt and if I had gone smaller like I originally wanted I know I would’ve been disappointed. Following the consultation there’s no pressure and the office allows you to come back after the initial consultation to try on implants if there’s any doubt. Pre operative appointment: Takes place about 1 month prior to the surgery and will be discussed in depth in addition to the recovery process (a total of 8 weeks). All postoperative medications will be reviewed. Day of surgery: Dr. Feledy takes measurements again and had me try on the implants again to ensure it’s what I wanted. Before pictures are taken for comparison. The surgery team was good about reviewing the recovery process again. Weight limitations being below 5 lbs for A TOTAL of 8 weeks. The recovery process: There will be pain that’s intense the first 3 days, but the pain medication helped tremendously. The most challenging part of recovery was strictly sleeping on my back. Final result: I’m so pleased and love my new assets. They’re perfect! 👌 (says my husband).

Dr. Feledy made me feel very comfortable and is very kind. He is honest and doesn’t sugar coat his recommendation which is what I really appreciate about my procedure (axillary breast tissue removal). His staff was also incredible and sweet. Hoping to return in the future.

I had a breast reduction, lift with implants, and liposuction in the abdomen about two years ago, and I have faced issues from day one. Let me start by saying that I researched Dr. Fedely and his facility extensively. I had several consultations because I initially didn’t want implants. However, after many discussions, I decided to add them to ensure my breasts would remain perky, as I was told by Naomi that gravity would cause them to sag after a few years. I received zero post-operative care instructions about the liposuction. I was not informed that I needed to have massages immediately after the procedure or that I needed to use a faja and boards. I received this information only in pieces after repeatedly trying to contact Naomi, who is always challenging to reach. She is poor at communicating and always has excuses as to why she didn’t call or email me back. (For clarity, Naomi is the sales consultant.) During my first follow-up visit the next day, I noticed a bulge in my upper abdomen and asked about it, but my concern was not addressed. It turned out that the garment provided by the office caused me to develop fibrosis, and because I wasn’t informed about needing to wear boards, I had to spend thousands on massages and cavitation treatments to try to fix it. I felt this was unjust, considering I paid $10K! To this day, my abdomen does not look aesthetically pleasing. A few months later, I started noticing that my breasts were sagging. I immediately reached out to Naomi and expressed my desire for revision surgery. I was informed that a revision surgery would cost $500 plus anesthesia. When I brought this up to her, she confirmed that while it would cost that amount, we would need to wait for about a year or two before proceeding with another procedure. I communicated this to Naomi and Dr. Fedely multiple times at my follow-up visits, and each time I was reassured that it could be done and that Dr. Fedely wanted me to be happy. I asked about the cost each time, and consistently received the same information: $500 plus anesthesia. However, I was told I needed to wait until everything fully healed and the implants settled, while my breasts continued to sag. I want to emphasize that both my mom and wife were present during these conversations. For the past two years, I have tried to contact Naomi, but reaching her has always been difficult. In our last text conversation, she confirmed the pricing. A few weeks ago, I visited the Chevy Chase office to discuss revision surgery, but it seemed that Dr. Fedely and Naomi had forgotten everything we had discussed over the past two years. How convenient! I received a quote of $9K, despite being told numerous times that a revision surgery would cost $500 plus anesthesia. Ciara, the Chevy Chase sales consultant, claimed she had called Naomi and that Naomi said we never discussed any of this and that I only wanted to fix my areolas. I want to make it very clear that the only part of my body I did not want altered was my areolas, as I had previously told many people that Dr. Fedely did an amazing job on them. I reiterated to Ciara that I would not pay another $9K after already paying $10K two years ago and being promised a revision procedure for $500 plus anesthesia. Ciara mentioned that the manager would reach out to me, but I have NOT heard from her or the doctor yet! While I was in the Chevy Chase office, I overheard Dr. Fedely speaking in a very upset tone about my case, stating that “she is my patient, and I don’t care what anyone thinks or says; I’m going to do what’s best for my patient.” However, to this date, no one has taken the necessary steps to resolve my issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with my results and feel like I am back to square one. It is insulting for Naomi, Dr. Fedely, the office manager, and the entire Belmont Surgery Center to think they can ask me for another $9,000! I urge others to go somewhere else to save themselves a headache!
