There are not enough words to express how THRILLED I am with my results from Congressional Plastic Surgery! I was very nervous going in, and everyone from the front desk to the PA's, the nurses to Amy, and Dr. Chang himself were all so supportive and took every moment to be sure I was happy! I am 4 weeks post breast lift and augmentation and I am over the moon with my new figure! If you are interested at all in getting work done, do not go anywhere else. They are beyond incredible! I had a minor procedure done at Congressional Plastic Surgery. My experience was great. The facilities are spectacular, very modern, beautiful and super clean. Dr. Chang and his assistant, Paloma were wonderful. They made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Chang explained the procedure and answered questions about other procedures in great detail and gave me recommendations. Paloma was very friendly and helpful. I had the best experience with my breast augmentation surgery with Dr Chang! I traveled from PA just to have my surgery with him, and it was totally worth it. Everyone in his team is so kind and helpful! I was so worried about how my scars would turn out given that I scar so weirdly, but my scars look great and barely noticeable!! So happy with the results!! 6 weeks post-op and I feel great!

Hi! I am writing to share a wonderful experience I had at Congressional PS recently with Dr. Chang and his staff. I’ve had several consultations with plastic surgeons in Southern California and Dr. Chang is BY FAR the BEST. He is refreshing — he is patient, kind, attentive, honest and treated me with such care and respect. He put me at such ease while sharing my insecurities. He provided the type of guidance and feedback that I feel I’d receive from a close and trusted friend or family member, not a businessman surgeon. Other surgeons I’ve consulted with have been somewhat cold and “all about business” and Dr. Chang is the complete opposite!! Carey (the head esthetician) was also wonderful. His entire staff was pleasant and very professional. I’d highly recommend Dr. Chang and Congressional Plastic Surgery!!! It’s rare to find such top notch care and high quality people in the plastic surgery industry which is why I felt these people deserve praise!
