A fabulous doctor! Dr. Masri-Fridling documents literally every section of your body! I will miss her as I move out of the area. Her passion in her field taught me a lot about how to take care of my skin. I also had a billing problem, and they were so kind and responsive (immediately). Thank you! BTW, I read some of the other's reviews. If you live in the DC area and have to wait for an excellent doctor, it means, that doctor took the time to help someone. I would love to delete your negative reviews of such a wonderful doctor. Thank you again!

Here are my thoughts. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever had. She found melanoma that was so small it could have been missed for years until it was a huge issue. She helped my daughter with very difficult acne issues and when she needs to send you to alternate resources she finds the best. No I don't like having to wait more than 15 minutes in non pandemic times but they have managed seeing patients in a safe and accessible way during this pandemic and that is greatly appreciated. I would send my friends and family to her any day of the week. KL

Dr. Masri-Fridling provides focused, compassionate care and she is extremely knowledgeable. She keeps the patient informed and really cares about the person. The staff, especially Vee, is super too. So thankful for this dermatology practice!! Previous dermo just wanted to give me Botox!!! Not here!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Masri-Fridling for over ten years and would not even consider another Dermatologist! She diagnosed several skin cancer spots that other Dermatologists told me were nothing (i had seen three others prior). She is a very thorough examiner and i appreciate this. She is a matter of fact Dr. whose manner i like. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and have on numerous occasions. If i left the area and were possible i would continue to come here to see her.

I wish I could give zero stars for this doctor and office. Do not waste your time coming here--find another doctor. The office and exam rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the wait time was over an hour for an appointment that was rushed and mainly conducted by the nurse. Furthermore, the doctor didn't sanitize her hands prior to an exam, despite having come immediately from another patient. I feel thankful I didn't walk out of the office having picked something else up. In a very concerning turn of events, she dissuaded me from using an over the counter medication recommended by my previous (incredible) derm due to the possibility of lab result interaction and recommended a different medication. She expressed that many of her patients love this medication. After doing an incredibly brief google search, I discovered that her medication had the exact same ingredients as the medication she tried to steer me away from. Clearly she has no clue what the medication actually contains. Save yourself the time and co-pay and find a doctor that's not woefully inept.
