Booked with Dr. Lucey due to her high rankings with Washingtonian & NOVA. Zero complaints on her service/expertise, but she’s not worth the scheduling headache (a 6-month wait) if life happens.

Highly recommended! Had a wonderful experience with Victoria who was professional and pleasant. She assessed my skin which is now breaking out with dark spots, then explained the process and purpose of the treatment before starting. She checked-in 4 hours after my treatment to ensure all was well. The rest of the staff at the desk were very welcoming as well. I will definitely be back.

Dr Tamjidi is absolutely fantastic. There is a reason why it takes 3-4 months to get an appointment with her! She is out of the box thinker and is able to figure out the underlying causes of issues due to her depth of knowledge. She is also empathetic and has very positive energy that will immediately put you at ease.

I was a loyal patient since 2016 and it deeply saddens me to move my healthcare elsewhere. I was seeing Dr. Kwon, who is wonderful, but with change in her schedule I had to see Dr. Tamjidi. Dr. Tamjidi claimed to do procedure on me that I did not know was "surgery". There was no informed consent given or obtained. I, of course, trusted the doctor to examine me not perform surgery without explaining benefits & risks. I received a crazy bill for "acne surgery" when I just came in for an annual exam. I called their office three times and they said they'd call back with an answer and they never did. I called a month later (today) and spoke to their manager Taj. I've seen the negative reviews at Tamjidi office are about Taj Hasan and they are all 100% true. He said he was aware of my situation and chose not to call back and said "his time is very valuable". I respectfully told him I'd like to explain the situation but he didn't want to listen. He said, "I'm aware and you are wrong." He very rudely said I can leave their office and they will not adjust the bill. As a patient who is also a healthcare worker, this is complete violation of patient education failed obtaining consent. I recommend going elsewhere as they clearly do not care about your well-being and you are just a number to them.

I have been with the institute since may 2021. Dr Tamjidi is great and she took the time to explain about acne and the cure to it. My PA was Natalie and I am extremely disappointed with her treatment, she wanted me to keep coming back and did not care about treating me properly, she just wanted to get me out the door as quickly as possible. She did not seem to understand the complications behind the medications. I would never suggest seeing PA Natalie.
