Shenandoah Dermatology

My wife has gone to Shenandoah Dermatology for years and they have always provided good service. However, we have had some crazy and shady billing experiences with them. Once they billed my wife by accident for something, and this was easily resolved when we called in about it. However, most recently, they sent us a bill from 2021. When we called the billing company, they said that SD had just entered it as a bill (Not sure that you can actually bill a patient 4 years later...). They said to call the office, so we did and they said they cannot dicuss billing. Conveniently the billing office was closed. So, we have gotten the run-around for a few days now and will no longer be using this company. This has been super uncomfortable and shady with how they have seemed to dodge our attempts to understand a close to $1,000 bill. Our family has never not paid a bill, so this would have easily been paid in '21. I'd recommend using a provider who operates more professionally and efficiently from a business perspective.

Everyone there is fantastic! Dr. Ramsey is caring and thoughtful and really listens to you. I have recommended her and the office to everyone.

I really like Dr Ramser. She has a kind disposition and makes me feel at ease during my appointments. I've been very happy with my care with Dr. Ramser at Shenandoah Dermatology.

Appreciate the personal service at the appointment, just wish there were sooner appointments available.
