Rude receptionist. If the doctor is willing to place a woman like her in the front office, there is no way I'd trust the doctor.

Dr G is amazing. He truly cares about his patients and spends time with them. You feel not only heard, but listened to. Yes there was a glitch, with the front office girl, but praise the Lord, she's gone. You will not be sorry when you make an appointment with Dr.G

Extremely rude personnel. My initial appointment/consult was scheduled for 7:30. After a 45 minute drive, I arrived at the office at 7:00. With no cars in the parking lot, I figured they did not open until my appointment time at 7:30. At 7:25, I walk in and they refused to see me because they adamantly claim I was told when I made the appointment to fill out my new patient forms online or arrive 20 minutes early. I definitely was NOT told this. The two employees came off as extremely rude. They refused to believe that I was not told. I told them I had been sitting in my car outside since 7:00 and one of them told me that she knew and had opened the door a few times. Why didn’t she feel the need to put a little more effort into getting my attention? I have canceled my rescheduled appointment and will be finding another office for my procedure. I will also be reporting this to Tricare, since they are an in-network provider. I do NOT recommend this office.

I had a great experience at Dr. G's office. There have been recent changes to the staff and Misha at the front desk is wonderful! Very professional and welcoming office. Dr. G was not rushed and took the time to listen and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

I appreciate Dr.G’s advice on my appearance. He is always honest and straight forward with me.He has helped me with my self esteem and confidence not just by a procedure, but also by the way he speaks to me. I have been seeing him for a few years now, and I have always had good interactions with his staff. They do not make them like Dr.G anymore, he is Awesome.
