Dr. Bourget is great! Her staff however, is incompentent. No one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. April and Monica (at the front desk) act like they're doing you a favor by attending you. Monica lied to me about calling me back and leaving a voicemail. Labs were denied and delayed the 2 times I had them done because they didn't process the paperwork properly under my insurance. April called me at the very last minute, literally already on my way to my appointment, to ask for documentation that they could've asked for the entire WEEK since my appointment was scheduled. If you can see Dr. Bourget at a different office, do it because she's great. I will not be returning to her office because dealing with her staff is not worth it.

Th team at this clinic has made a very positive difference in my life with varying medical issues. I'm thankful everyone here continues to practice and make access to these services possible. They're a gift.

I love Dr. B she has been a great doctor and has guided me through the hormone pellet process. Having hormone changes is not just challenging for you but, also for the people around you. I am thankful for their kindness towards me even on my days I am not as pleasant. I love that I can just call April and she makes sure I have all my appointments and test done timely.

Dr. B is an amazing doctor! The front desk needs more staff. It's hard to reach someone via the phone/message.

DR Borgia is very professional, nice, and caring doctor. I highly recommend her HRT especially, those who are surfing with menopause ( hot flashes). Go ahead and make an appointment now and I will guarantee you hot flashes will be gone fast.
