Pinnacle Dermatology - Woodbridge (Hedgewood)

Very professional and polite. Christina at the desk was very pleasant we chatted kindly; The nurse/practitioner was very sweet and listened to my stories and explained my concerns; Dr. Becker was direct, and informative, answered my questions, gave me feedback, and made me feel more at ease. I had 3 lesion concerns that she did freeze off then addressed my skin rash with joint issues which possibly be Psoriatic or Rheumatoid Arthritis. Waiting on lab results. It all finally made sense. Thank you this was a difficult appointment as I feared the worse

The front of office staff was great, NP was great... The doctor. Jessica went too fast. This was her first time seeing me, she didn't ask about two massive and very visible scars on my body, one of which I realized I didn't detail in any of the paperwork before my appointment. Would not recommend, if she missed these scars, I don't trust her not to miss cancer spots.

Met with Dr. Jessica and her assistant today. I felt the Doctor was thorough and took the time to discuss my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands. The assistant and receptionist were a great asset to the office.

I recently visited Pinnacle Derma Hedgewood for a follow up check up for my acne issue. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. However, I had an appointment scheduled for earlier in the day, yet I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes before being seen. While I understand that delays can happen, it was a little bit frustrating. I had to rush back to the office after the follow up check up.The dermatologist was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns well, but the wait time could definitely use some improvement. Overall, a decent experience, but I hope they can streamline their scheduling in the future.

From the front staff to the nurse and then the Nurse Practitioner, they were all very nice. NP listened to me and showed empathy and was very thorough about what was going on with my body and feet. I drive over an hour to go to this office. The drive is worth it! Come and see them yourself and you will get the same treatment I am sure!
