I had my eyeliner and lips done by Penny and it was the best experience in the world. It was done 10 years ago and I’m now going in for an eyeliner touchup. She is the best out there. She’s changed her girl as well, but she is the best I would give her 24 stars.

I really enjoyed meeting with Penny she is very professional and she explained the procedure and care needs. I am very happy with the outcome of my eyeliner and eyebrows. I returned for follow ups as told due to color as told. And she honors her discounts as mentioned. She is wonderful to communicate with for my colors she matched perfect as I am Native and I wear glasses. I feel I look 10 years younger! Thank you Penny!

I am in my early 50's and blond. What eyebrows I do have are not very full. I would spend about five minutes every morning “putting on my eyebrows”. It was sometimes challenging getting both sides the same. Thanks to Penny, it takes me about 3 minutes to put my make-up. My eyebrows look natural and well, perfect! I don’t look washed out if I choose to not wear make-up now. Thank you Penny! I highly recommend cosmetic tattooing with Penny.

None of the services lasted for more than a couple of years. Went back to have my eyeliner and eyebrows touched up. I couldn’t get a follow up appointment for six months which is supposed to be included. They said it had been too long and want to charge me for the follow up. If Penny is so busy, she needs to honor her policy.
