The technician who conducted the initial vision measurements was excellent! She took her time to ensure my vision correction was accurate. Her attitude was pleasantly jovial, and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her caring and positive attitude made my experience the best I have had at Cascade Eye and Skin! Kudos to her!

Facility is very welcoming. DR's and staff are very punctual and engaging. DR. is very thorough in explaining steps and what is being looked for. Any changes in eyes is thoroughly discussed with follow-up actions. You know what you need to do when you walk out. Recomend that you plan at least 4 months ahead for standard exam as they are extremely booked up! I booked for my annual for next year before I left.

I go to the Auburn lovation. Love the people working there..they must be happy with their jobs because everyone is so nice. Dr's are very competent and give good advice...very thorough and have caught skin issues and helped me resolved them. Eye center is also very happy to help and very informative. Communication is always open and honest.

My experience with Cascade was wonderful. The staff was good very professional from the receptionist to the intake, worker or nurse gentleman that actually made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend others to this facility. Thank you.
