Frontier Dermatology (Bellingham North)

I'm so grateful for Masha Mobbley. She is intelligent, caring and effective. I find her easy to talk to. She is great at giving me the information I need, and she doesn't dismiss me as so many in that profession can do. She makes sure the problem is solved.

Moved in Sept and suddenly needed a dermatologist asap. No one takes new patients anymore. Frontier not only accepted me but scheduled me quickly. Dr Rachel was awesome. Personal and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yang was wonderful! She listened to my daughter’s concerns & put together a thoughtful game plan that we were happy with. The service at the front desk & by the medical assistant was cheerful, kind & friendly.

I have been coming here for years, since they transitioned to Frontier from North Sound. I like my doctor, but the lack of communication from the staff here is frustrating. It's hard to get anyone to call you back, it's hard to get in for appointments and most recently I was billed for a very minor 15 second cryotherapy that cost me $132. My doctor did not discuss the cost with me or even ask me to agree to the procedure before it took place, he just started the "treatment" and then I got a huge bill in the mail. On top of that, I now have a scar where the tiny little bump was which is more more unsightly than the bump had been. Be sure you ask your doctor about costs BEFORE they do anything.

Had my first visit with Dr Yang yesterday and was very pleased. Front office staff was friendly and competent. My appointment was for routine exam mostly; Dr Yang was very time efficient (as MDs are these days) but also super thorough; she’s a good listener, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything she told me and answered my questions completely. She’s a keeper!
