We’ve been seeing Rob Merkel for the last two years for our child and he has been supportive, informative and kid friendly. He took the time to learn about our child and was helpful in directing us to resources. We have loved our experience with Rob.

I showed up for my son’s 4 month vaccination appointment to find out they don’t have us on the schedule, even with the appointment card for that date and time I received from them his previous appointment in my wallet. They also somehow got his vaccinations messed up so we have to wait to continue, and are two months behind. Frustrating and nerve racking being a first time mom and not understanding this process to feel confident in my decisions going forward to get my son back on track. Otherwise, they were very willing to still get us in at that time and help us despite the mistake, and were very nice and easy to work with.

Best bedside manner. Great with the elderly. Patient. Great doctor!

I have always had helpful staff at KVH check-in, Knowledgeable Healthcare professionals, and the lab is always friendly and gentle.

Nathan is truly sensitive to your concerns. He was prepared to discuss our plan of action when I arrived. I had SI Fusion and was only two weeks out from Surgery. He helped me walk better and prepared me for my future sessions.
