Kris is amazing. She gave me the most relaxing facial, while talking me through it and making sure I was comfortable. She was so easy to talk to and you can definitely tell she is an expert in her field! My skin looks amazing and I am so happy with the results. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Although I currently live out of state, I always come back to get facials there even though I can find way more spa/salons near my new home. The staff has been with the store for a very long time and everyone is very professional. I never feel pressured to buy any products/services I don’t want/need (this is getting so common everywhere I go considering how competitive the industry becomes recently). This store is an authorized Shiseido/Cle De Peau seller therefore I don't need to worry about getting expired products. Personally I love getting facials there from time to time . The salon is chic and private. It is honestly not lavish like those Las Vegas spas, however I found the service is even more attentive than many high end establishments I have been to both domestically and internationally. During this visit, I tried the newest GLO² Facial, which combines exfoliation and ultrasound treatment. I felt my skin become radiant and lifted afterwards. Highly recommended. I also had my Nano brow touch up, the result is so natural and goes well with my face shape. I can really tell the staff there has a great taste of beauty! If you are in the area, I recommend that you stop by for a facial/makeup consultation. There are too many brands out there now I feel so overwhelmed to choose the facial/makeup color works great on me. I am so glad the team there is always so helpful.

I had the most amazing experience at Glow Cosmetics Spa! Crystal did an incredible job with my Astrodome Oxygen Treatment. It was so relaxing, and my skin feels incredibly moisturized and refreshed. I was so impressed with the results that I purchased some new products and even signed up for an 8-session advanced package. Crystal’s expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. I’m definitely coming back for more!

My friend treated me to a custom peel facial ($185). Patty was my master esthetician. Patty did a wonderful job, answered all my questions, and explained very well. I could tell she was very experienced based on her knowledge and observations. She was not at all pushy afterwards about me buying products or more facial packages. The chemical peel was very gentle on my skin and I have a nice glow afterwards so I'm happy with the results. The facial included a massage and it was very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend facials there to everyone.

I got the Shiseido Future Solution Yutaka Facial and had a severe allergic reaction. I’ve never had a reaction with Shiseido products before. My face is all blotchy, swollen, flaky and itchy. When I let them know what happened, they said I could come back for a spa or serum. Otherwise, Vaseline or a dermatologist would help - it’s extremely hard to get an appointment with a dermatologist. It’s been two weeks and my skin is not getting any better. In fact, it’s getting worse. Not coming back!
