Dr. Lisa is excellent. I visited her initially because I was tired a lot of the time. With just a few supplements and some instruction, that turned around easily. Shortly there after, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed surgery. I went back to her not for the cancer, but for some recommendations about prepping my body for two major surgeries and treatments to come in the following few weeks. She was spot-on with her recommendations and a very reasonable vitamin supplement regime. My surgeons both told me they had never seen anyone heal so quickly after surgery. I attribute my ease of recovery and quick healing to Dr. Lisa‘s recommendations. Working together with Western medicine and a naturopathic genius, I am happy to say I am cancer free today and feeling better than ever. She has amazing knowledge, patience, compassion, and expertise in many areas. I would highly recommend her to anybody for regenerative treatment, naturopathic medicine, and pre/rehab conditioning. She is the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Lisa and Harbor Regenerative for anyone who requires a conscientious doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. I have a rare headache disorder that means my head hurts 24/7. When I say I’ve tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING, including seeing several neurologists and one of the nation’s leading headache specialists. Nothing has helped. Dr. Lisa researched my disorder and determined that dietary and hormonal adjustments would be the best course of actions. Soon after, I went hiking in Yosemite. Ordinarily, hikes give me raging migraines. Not this time. I did long, strenuous hikes in the heat without any pain during or after. I cannot be more impressed or grateful.

I went to Harbor Regenerative for Emsculpt Neo treatments to improve a few problem areas after having kids.  I couldn’t be happier about my experience there!   Dr. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. Her clinic manager Carol is also top notch! They truly care about their patients and take great pride in offering quality services. They also went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule, which was greatly appreciated.  I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Lisa such a fantastic clinician. I have seen her for the emsella (pelvic floor therapy) and she is now my primary care provider as well. She is the perfect balance of holistic medical care while still respecting and appreciating applicable western medicine. I have sent my mother to her for pre-hab and to optimize her health prior to a major surgery, and frequently cross refer patients from my clinic to hers.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Lisa. I was experiencing pain in my hip during my preparation for a powerlifting competition. Dr. Lisa treated my pain so that I didn't have to have any down time, and then after the competition she has a plan to completely heal my injury using my own body's healing properties. I cannot recommend enough!!!
