We weee reminded of our appointment, we were greeted and checked in promptly, waiting room was clean, quiet and comfortable, both the assistant and Dr. Emily are kind and knowledgeable. Exam was thorough. We did not wait long for our appointments.

I came in with my 8 year old for a visit. First of all we waited for 45 mins for the doctor. Second of all doctor failed to explain what will happen after the treatment: she treated mollusks on my daughter’s arm with cantharone. Apparently internet says it should be wash off after 2 hours contact, she clearly said wash it off in the evening. Now my daughter has a massive painful blisters. We didn’t know as well about blistering effect. She should have informed us about it, my daughter is doing sports, we have commitments. I think this office should be very careful with children patients. Another case similar to this and they will be sued at some point for their negligence.

I am so grateful to Dr. Michalak and his amazing staff for caring enough to treat me during the crazy bomb cyclone power outage. I had traveled from Belize through Tropical Storm Sara and was only here for a few days and they graciously took care of me. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Elizabeth is so empathetic and compassionate. I always feel heard when I visit her office. She is excellent at helping to problem solve rosacea.

I was so nervous about this visit as I was having skin cancer cells removed from my back/shoulder. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Michelak, well they were just amazing. They helped me stay calm and took such incredible care of me. Top notch facility with truly caring people and professionals. Thank you!!!!
