I’ve had an outstanding experience at Miller Dermatology from start to finish. I initially went in for a routine skin check, but after learning more about the services available, I became curious about exploring skincare treatments for my face. After my first appointment, I decided to book a consultation with Hayley, the Master Esthetician. From the moment I met her, it was clear she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and listen to my concerns, before developing a customized treatment plan based on the specific results I was hoping to achieve. What really stood out to me was the approach Hayley took compared to previous dermatology offices I’ve seen. At other offices, I often felt pressured to commit to expensive treatment plans or felt like I had to buy a lot of products to see the desired results. However, at Miller Dermatology, I never felt any pressure. Hayley was incredibly honest and transparent about my options, focusing on what was best for my skin rather than trying to upsell me. Now, five months into my treatments, I couldn’t be more pleased with the improvements I’ve seen. Hayley has helped me make real progress, and I’m loving the results. She did suggest a few products that might benefit my skin, but instead of pushing me to purchase them, she was incredibly considerate and offered samples for me to try at home. She told me, "Use these between now and your next appointment, and then decide if you like them." This thoughtful and non-pressuring approach gave me the confidence to make my own decisions about the products I use. Beyond her professional expertise, Hayley truly makes every appointment enjoyable. She takes the time to explain each step of the treatment process, ensuring I’m comfortable and informed throughout. And on top of all that, her bright smile and positive energy make every visit a pleasure, even when she’s using a laser on my face! 😊 I would highly recommend Miller Dermatology and Hayley for any skincare needs—whether it’s a skin check, treatment, or ongoing care. They are truly dedicated to achieving the best results for their clients. In addition to Hayley’s exceptional care, the front office staff at Miller Dermatology is always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making every visit a seamless experience.

Super frustrating trying to work with them on billing and scheduling. Having to find another provider because it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone there for the things you need. It’s literally been weeks of trying to contact them and playing phone tag. This all being said, I always found the Dr and staff helpful and professional. Just too difficult to manage trying to get information and treatments scheduled. Unless you catch their incoming call you virtually zero chance of reaching anyone there.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unethical business They are very aggressive I paid my copay. I gave a credit card on file to cover there billing antics of no show fees of 50 dollars. They will not see you without a card on file. I'm a new patient and they outta the gate were so over the top! I should of not made it to begin with but a few doctors I know went here. Unreal I came early this morning. I was given a financial policy that they will charge my card automatically at 60 days. I wanted to speak with Dr. Miller who refused to speak with me about his policies and decided not to see me because I questioned his ethics I'm in healthcare and oversee 7 practices. These business tactics are not done! Something is very wrong. His staff is very condescending and if they worked for me I would fire them. It's hard to imagine in Issaquah WA this guy is doing this. I shouldn't be forced to keep my card on file for anything. I felt very manipulated. Steer clear!

I had a horrible experience here at Miller Family Dermatology. I have been dealing with Acne for years, went to this place years ago and tried quite a few things and nothing worked. I decided a few months ago I wanted to go on Accutane / Isotretinoin to get rid of my acne once and for all. When I first visited a few months back, I clearly expressed my desire to start Accutane. However, the doctor insisted I try Minocycline first, along with their sulfur face wash that cost around $35. Unfortunately, that did nothing. When I returned a month later, hoping for Accutane, they claimed I likely had "rosacea with a bit of underlying acne." They prescribed another month of Minocycline and a rosacea cream. Willing to try anything, I went along with it, but still saw zero improvement. The doctor I saw here always seemed unsure and it felt like she was constantly second guessing herself too, which added to my frustration. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend looking for a different dermatologist instead! I found a new dermatologist on Mercer Island, who agreed that Accutane was a good next step. They were puzzled by Miller's suggestion of rosacea. Now, after nearly a month on Accutane with the new dermatologist, I'm already noticing significant improvements!

I’ve had an amazing experience here!! The staff is all very friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable and cared for the whole time. The communication is great throughout the whole office. I highly recommend miller family derm!
