I have been going to Dr. Hopps office for years. They have excellent staff from from their doctors, nurses, medical receptionist, and their billing department. I always get treated with respect and feel heard. I had a great experience with the billing department. From the moment I reached out with questions about my billing/coverage, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain my charges clearly and ensured that I understood everything. It's clear that they are committed to providing excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

The medical care is great! Billing process, staff, and the whole situation around insurance authorizations (especially if you have double coverage) not all all worth the headache. As much as the medical was great, the billing was not worth it. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else unless you want to deal with insurance and billing issues for months after your care has happened.

I have taken my son here for multiple skin issues and he has been treated with professionalism, dignity, and kindness. We highly recommend the Center for Excellence in Dermatology! You will be well taken care of!
