I would AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. You'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet. I'm not joking. I get Dysport 120 units each time in my forehead and between my brows. This is equivalent to about 40 units of Botox. A large quantity of product! On June 28th, I came in for my 120 units of Dysport with a totally new injector. Heidi and Ipek are unfortunately not here anymore. I think it's highly suspicious that all the long-term, good injectors left this year, and now I have this issue. I prepaid $400 for my Dysport and was told to go back in the room. The injector did not inject me with what I paid for. 2 weeks later, I have FULL MOVEMENT IN THE AREAS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE FROZEN! See picture. Almost 20 years of Botox/Dysport, and I have NEVER had this happen. I made contact with the owner at 1 week and 2 weeks out. Didn't hear anything until 2 weeks out. He tells me no refunds and to come back up (3hr drive round-trip) and pay for more product. 😂 I'm DEFINITELY not doing that. He was making me wait until 3 weeks post injection to see this beautiful work and to steal MORE money from me! I appreciate your hustle, but no thanks! You will be reported to Dysport/Galderma for what you're doing, the Washington State Attorney General's Office, The BBB, and a small claims suit to follow. I really hope you will rethink that refund because what is about to come for you is not going to be worth stealing $400 from me. I promise you that! ☆☆☆MY RESPONSE TO OWNER'S LIES/RESPONSE BELOW☆☆☆ Nadar, you are blatantly lying in your response. You refused to do a video chat when I suggested it and told me to send you 3 upclose, bright pics via email with a resting face, eyebrows raised, and scowling. I did this along with a 20-second video. If you can't see the problem with the evidence I've shown you, you have bigger problems than I thought! Also, I find it funny that you can't respond to messages when your office is closed, but you responded to this review at 3 a.m. 😂 I'm going forward with my complaints against your company for the bait and switch scam you guys pulled on me. Hopefully, people will stop supporting this establishment and this disgusting behavior.
My first visit here was extremely frustrating. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes past my appointment time without being properly welcomed and given poor attention. I was given the wrong document to sign, and when I showed it to the staff member on my phone, she aggressively touched my phone after I mentioned for her not to touch my phone, completely ignoring me. She then claimed there was no time to do my service, and when I mentioned that she was late, she denied it and said she wouldn’t continue the appointment, though services was already paid for (through third party). After I said I was going to write a review, she walked towards me, making close aggressive hand gestures in front of me, telling me to leave as she continued walking towards me to the door.I was going to leave anyway, and even if she had asked me to leave I still would have done so without any issue. It made me felt even more disrespected. There was more inappropriate interaction she was doing and no one should ever be treated like this. Her arguing with me was very unnecessary. I find this place to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and based on the limited time I was there, I’m not sure what the quality of service would have happened even if service were to continued. I would never recommend anyone to this place!!! If I could give it a 0 star I would. I didnt pick up the name but the esthetician’s reaction was unfair and filled with denial. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a short, older woman with long brown hair, wearing a mask. She was very unfriendly and unnecessarily hostile.
I started going to Aura Skin Care about 6 month ago and can't say enough about how wonderful they are. The time they take to explain to you what to expect, is something I really appreciate. They carry there own label skin care products that are amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Client for life 😎 David Anderson
Heidi was fabulous She took her time it’s only day one but everything looks balanced and really great. She explained everything as did everyone there I have only had very wonderful Experiences here. They have a fabulous Botox special and Truly seem to care that you’re comfortable relaxed and that you get the best result possible they let you know all of the possible side effects and how to avoid them. I thought that it was super great.!
I had a great experience going to Aura Laser Skin Care! I first got the Groupon for 60 units of Dysport in January. I came back in March for 20 units of Botox, including 2ml of filler that was split into different areas of my face - including forehead, under eyes, cheeks, smile lines, marionette lines, nose and lips. I just went to my follow up appointment for some touch ups with Botox and massaging for the fillers. I get 1-2ml of filler every 1.5 years, this was only my third time doing it and my first time being with this spa for a routine top up. The whole experience was great with customer service, scheduling, payment and treatment as well as follow up services. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, so that’s why I think it’s that much more important I share my positive experience. I have seen such an improvement in my features, feel very refreshed, and am satisfied with my services as well as their customer service. Thank you Aura Laser Skin Care!
