After researching and visiting a few plastic surgeon's offices, I confidently decided to go with Dr. Remington's office. From start to finish it has been a fantastic journey. Jenn, his front desk receptionist is personal, accommodating, and helpful in making things happen. My first appointment with Dr. Remington was instructive and he answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. My main surgery was to correct a problem that was getting worse. During surgery, a couple of significant unknown issues were found and Dr. Remington fixed them all, resulting in the best possible results.The surgical staff too, was not only professional, but I felt well cared for as a person, not just a patient. When another complication arose a few weeks after surgery, Dr. Remington was quick to communicate with me regarding it, responsive, and took care of it. Dr. Remington and staff are amazing. They listen, you get heard and they adjust to make you comfortable and so understanding. I had to removal my implants and get a breast lift and I have always been terrified of anesthesia and the whole staff made sure I was okay and adjusted how they do things and took their time the day of surgery to make sure I was okay. The phone calls to check up on me was so refreshing and everyone called me at Remington plastic surgery, not just one person which was so outstanding. Recommend!!!
