Everyone is very caring at this clinic, I have had a really scary experience with breast cancer and Dr Bailey has been really good at making me feel better when I'm afraid. I have had my left breast removed because of the breast cancer, and had diep flap surgery done by Dr Bailey, and he did a great job. The diep flap surgery is kind of like a tummy tuck they take the fat from your abdomen and make you a new breast with it, it's amazing! It feels real it feels like I never lost my breast at all. Even though I'm still healing my breast looks better than it did before the surgery. My tummy looks better also and all the feeling has came back in my tummy. My breast were very large and Dr Bailey has made my breast in proportion with my body and that gives me more self-confidence and enables me to do more physical things that I haven't been able to do because my breasts were so large. Dr Bailey is doing an awesome job putting me back together after that nasty disease. My body looks better now than it has since I was in my twenties. I feel very blessed to have found this clinic and these wonderful people. Thank you to everyone at Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery of Maple valley.

I'm a new young mom, who was diagnosed with cancer. I found it first...then all the testing to confirm. Then researched what would be best...and ultimately I did exactly opposite what Dr. Chad Bailey said and suggested to do. Lol but this is me....always been that way. So at any rate, Dr. Chad laughed at me when I smiled and said we'll after all this said and done (mind you I've always been small chested) I asked him can o get a double D. With huge smile. And nope. Straightforward said nope sorry. No can do. ....so at first I was sad. And then cancer made me upset. .and just had a new child 2 yes old. I was over my eyeballs in trying to make v best choices for myself. I'm honestly so happy that I did my research. And I'm happy that Dr. Bailey who wasn't for this opportunity, went with my request of a masectomy on both sides, supporting me as his client. Has taken care of me the whole way thru. And although we have another month until one of the final last parts of this whole healing journey ive been on. Hands down I'm very please with his staff, his support. The out come so far. Very very lucky I got him for the reconstruction part of battling a stupid disease I never thought I'd have. Not only do I feel more confident in myself, I have even. Passed on his info to another few friends in the same position I was in. Love his team and their work. 110% glad I had him. He was straight forward. Told me truth even if I didn't want to hear it. But ultimately together, we came up with a plan. To not lose my life. Come out looking and feeling beautiful again. And still be around for my 2yr old. Thank you Chad.

Dr Bailey is an amazing and highly skilled surgeon. The results of my surgery are above and beyond my expectations. I feel extremely fortunate that I met Dr Bailey. I have also began Botox treatments, Dr Bailey does the injections and the results are beautiful, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bailey is very kind and compassionate. He provided lots of details in a very digestible way. I am looking forward to having him perform my surgery.

I been seeing Dr. Bailey now since 2020 after I had my double mastectomy. Him and his team became like a second family to me and made me feel like I was his only patient. I cannot praise them enough and I would and have recommended him to others. Yesterday was a bittersweet day..it is the last time I will see them but very grateful for what they did for me over the last few years.
