I've repeatedly worked with Jeanvieve, and can't express how incredible of a provider she is. She's a wealth of knowledge, highly skilled, passionate and professional. I walked in not know what procedures would make the most sense for me....I had lots of concerns and uncertainties. She walked me through each option, clearly explained not only which procedures would be best for me, but also why. She laid out guidelines I needed to follow before my procedures, and self-care after. I really felt like I was in safe hands. Since my first visit, she's performed multiple services for me including laser hair removal, Cool Sculpting, & various skin care improvements. Absolutely wonderful experience getting laser hair removal here. Nicole was so friendly during every appointment and made it extremely comfortable and easy to chat. She also did an amazing job on the hair removal! Can honestly say it was life changing for me.

I have seen Jeanvieve for laser hair removal treatments for the past year. She has always given me a realistic expectation of what to expect regarding facial hair removal, which I greatly appreciate. The treatments were virtually painless and I have seen significant reduction in facial hair growth. I will likely need to continue maintenance treatments but I am happy to do so. My confidence has improved and the hair growth I do have is manageable and not as thick. Jeanvieve is so kind, knowledgeable and transparent. I have also seen Leah for botox and was really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Was told that my insurance covers a check up by the front desk. After spending 5 minutes with a doctor and the only recommendation of using CeraVe for my acne, I was charged $300. Would have gotten my 45+ minutes worth if I would have known it was $300 and that my insurance didn’t fully cover it. Feel taken advantage of since it was communicated to me it was under my plan. The doctor didn’t even offer to check anything in detail, just a quick glance. Check before hand with your insurance and not the front desk.

I am very impressed with this office. The front desk are always happy & helpful. Jeanvieve, the lead aesthetician, is very professional, talented & truly cares. I am so glad I can get the best treatment at such a great office. Highly recommend.
