Frontier Dermatology (Monroe)

So far so good. They had me in the back even before I was half way completed with my new patient forms. The Dr & his assistant were very friendly & both had a very positive attitude. Dr Ferguson quickly diagnosed our course of action with some good humor between us. I instantly felt like I was in great hands. 2 biopsy’s later & I think I was out the door in under 45 minutes; maybe less than that. Good stuff for sure.

Great experience every visit. No long wait times, and my provider is very knowledgeable: he identified a lingering (and undiagnosed) skin cancer my first visit (since resolved). Highly recommended.

Everyone (live people) was great. What was not great, even aggravating, was all the many late texts and emails, that even threatened me financially after it was too late to even adjust anything. I realize computers and especially "AI" is a non feeling, non-compassionate entity. But, can't you guys get a bit away from the way you do business with technology?

From check- in and the assistant to the doctor’s care I am impressed with the care everyone in this clinic has. Dr. Ferguson was thorough and explained the options available for treatment. I was so concerned about the spots on my face that I hesitated to be seen. I knew I needed to, though. I went, and he looked at the large spots. He immediately said that there was nothing worry about and used liquid nitrogen to treat them. He said that, within a month, the spots would be completely gone! That appointment completely changed my life for the better. I’ve had these spots for decades and now they will be completely gone! Thank you, Dr. Ferguson!
