Dr. Richard M. Sica, MD

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Sica and his staff. He treated me and two of my children. He made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond for us. I definitely will schedule all of my appointments at this office. Staff were also very sweet and professional.

Great doctor! I moved to PNW from TN. So, I had to stsrt over with all new doctors. I am so blessed to have been refered to Dr Sica.

Today I drove the hour and a half it takes to get to Dr. Sica’s office from my work. I get here on time if not early and no one is here. I call and no response. I even see a lady leave the office and drive away in a Porsche right as I pull in. If there was an emergency it was not communicated to me. Usually it is good business practice to notify someone if the appointment needs canceled. I got no notification the appointment was canceled. This was to be my first appointment with this doctor so I would say this gos to show what kind of business they run. How rude and disrespectful. I guess it’s good to know now before I trust them with my well being. I would like anyone reading this to be forewarned before making any appointments or trusting your health to this business.

Refereed by my doctor(2 months) where she was worried even with antibiotics it didn’t heal (2 months)l. That day I emptied my purse to find my car keys and accidentally left my ID and medical card on sofa. When I arrived at office, I joked with her (she just asked for ID and Card). There was no eye contact, she didn’t even look on her computer to check who I was. She did look at me when she repeatedly said need ID and card to be seen. I live 10 min away... my daughter could have gotten it while I was waiting to be seen. So now I won’t see him till January. At 72 yrs of age, its been a long time where I have been treated with unemotional straight face. People do have bad days.

I saw Dr Sica about a year ago for an all over skin check because I had a few spots that I had questions about. He was very kind and answered all of my concerns thoroughly. I felt completely at ease and he was very professional. As a result, I just made an appointment for my husband to see him for a perplexing condition with a scar on his face from an auto accident.
