This is for the Optician in the sales department. This is the second time we've walked out of there and stopped to look at glasses with prescription in hand. Once in July and then one after exam today. Both times, I helped my mother look at glasses. In July I actually sat my mother down and brought her frames to look at had a pile of them on the desk and the optician not once acknowledged us. Now today, fresh out of the exam, went in holding the new prescription...once again...I showed my mother the frames...the optician just sat there hunched over her closed laptop. There wasn't anybody else in there. Again, she didn't even acknowledge us. If your site is not selling any frames, you may want to look at your optician. It was the same lady both times. Closed laptop just sitting there, no other customers in that area. We were ready to purchase today, but we'll go elsewhere to get our glasses. Unfortunately this reflects on your entire office.
Was referred by my PCP for a simple biopsy. Appt went fine, but my primary care provider never got the results and when I tried calling to get results I was told they send them to the dr that ordered the referral, and to speak to them. But they call me every 3rd day looking for 27 dollars.
“Dr. Travis spent about 30 seconds with me—came in a rush and left just as quickly, almost like a world leader on a tight schedule. For the first time, since I switched to Cascade this year..I’m facing a high out-of-pocket cost for what I expected to be a routine eye exam. Because Dr. Travis coded it as a diabetic medical diagnosis instead of a regular check-up, I’m being charged extra. Does this mean a diabetic can’t have a simple eye check without it being treated as a medical issue? This was my routine eye exam after two years, and now, due to their coding and misunderstanding, I’m paying twice: with my insurance premium and this added cost.”
Very friendly staff at the Sunrise facility. They're all so very knowledgeable, and very prompt. I've been to three different doctors there, and they've all been amazing! Two dermatologists, and one eye doctor. The only thing I would not recommend, is using your prescription there to buy glasses. Very overpriced. I bought four pair of glasses at Costco, for a quarter of the cost that I would pay there. For only two pair of glasses. Same brands, and super cute.
Went for an eye exam, my insurance pays for my glasses I've paid for my contacts. They charged my insurance for both making it impossible for me to receive glasses. And then they took 9 month to process it so that it would go back on to my insurance so that I could get glasses. I recommend the doctors, but I do not recommend the eyeglass company Inside.Worst experience I've ever had.
