I have been seeing Heather for years, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about what she does, which shows in every service she provides. Every appointment is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She takes the time to listen to what I want and offers expert advice to ensure the best results. My lashes always look flawless, my brows are perfectly shaped, and my skin has improved so much thanks to her recommendations. Beyond her technical skills, Heather is just a wonderful person to be around. She’s warm, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. I always look forward to my appointments, not just for the amazing services but also for the great conversations and positive energy she brings. Kensie is absolutely amazing. Every time she does my nails, she completely knocks it out of the park no matter how intricate or outlandish the design. If she ever left, I would not hesitate to follow her wherever she goes.

So glad I moved locally and came back to Salon Ish. Had a wonderful experience with Nicole! I'm not generally hard to please but Nicole was the first local colorist in 3 years to hit a home run with my highlights. Subtle, dimensional, warm (not brassy) and so shiny! The exact healthy aesthetic I wanted, and blended perfectly with months-old babylights I received elsewhere. She executed the cut beautifully as well, was informative about care, friendly, and worked impressively fast. A huge testament to her experience, education and people skills. My trust is restored. It's worth the drive! This is the local high-end salon, but we make the trek from Seattle to get the quality of service we don't see anywhere else. There is only 3-hour street parking, so keep an eye on the clock if you are staying long. There is plenty of parking on the street, so it should not be a problem to make your appointment. With plenty of visual elements to keep you entertained, the storefront is very clean and well organized. And what stood out was the waiting area. Not only do they consider the comfort of the people getting their hair done but also the people that are with. There is a table to pass the time and swag from local artists that can also be purchased. They have wifi also, so if you want to binge a show or surf the web while you wait, you have options! They have an assortment of services products for beauty and well-being, so make you take time for yourself here. Midas 5-stars for the stylish waiting area.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to this salon. My daughter is sick so I am unable to make it to an appointment I had scheduled today, which resulted in them keeping my deposit I had paid to book the appointment. I also called 30 minutes prior to let them know, and I am sure they have a waitlist to call to fill the spot as it is one of the "best stylists" they have. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering you don't care to keep clients when there is a situation out of our control. What a waste of money we don't even have these days.
