“I had a very disappointing experience at Doctor Petrin’s office. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed, upon arrival, I was told that they do not accept my insurance. This was a complete waste of my time and effort. Clear communication about accepted insurance policies should be a priority to avoid inconveniencing patients. I would not recommend this place unless they improve.

Love this office! They answer the phone and it's easy to make and get an appointment within a few days to a week. Everyone is nice and easy to talk to. I see Catherine. She is always friendly and wonderful and takes time to listen to and solve problems. She gives HONEST feedback and doesn't try to sell you expensive treatments that won't work for you. If she thinks you may be a good candidate for a treatment, she will let you know. A great place to come for all your dermatology needs.

I am first and foremost so pleased to see the diversity of your staff. That in itself tells me you are a loving, caring person. As for my exam. I need a wheel chair to get to appointments. Dr. Petrin did not ask me to get up on the exam table, but took care of my exam as I sat in the wheel chair. What a relief! The total time I spent, from entering the office to leaving was less than one half hour. Phenomenal! Thank you for a great experience. Dallas Pasley

The staff that you first run into sets the mood. And they are nice, fast, but not dismissive. A fine line of efficiency and being social. They were able to do both. Dr. Petrin and the assistant that were in the room with me, (I’m sorry I forgot her name, she was GREAT), have a fun sense of humor and obviously work well together. They seem to “read a room” well, (as I was a bit tense about a potential issue that concerned me). All was well, and I will be scheduling a follow up. While I do live in Puyallup, I do find that Petrin Dermatology is well worth the drive. I have been seeing them for at least 15 years.

My visit to Dr Petrin was pleasant, handled professionally and efficiently, and what I was most concerned about was handled in my first visit. I was satisfied with previous dermatologists I had seen over the past years, but they didn’t handle cosmetic dermatology, so went to Dr Petrin and am very pleased to have done so, and will definitely be going back.
