Kadlec Clinic - Plastic Surgery and Dermatology

I was able to get an appt. in a timely manner and I had a treatment plan and tentative procedure date by the end of the first office visit. Subsequent visits and all of the pre-op activities went smoothly and Dr. Fleming displayed professional concern and competence at each encounter before, during and after the procedure. I was anxious about having surgery and Dr. Fleming listened to my concerns and helped me feel calm and ready to proceed. My results look and feel great, I could not be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Fleming is an excellent surgeon. The clinic staff are caring and organized, I felt like I was their only patient each time I was there.

I want to thank Dr. Fleming and his staff for their excellent care. I am very satisfied with the results. The psychological battle I've experienced throughout my teenage years, I can finally say have been put to rest by the man, Dr. Fleming, himself. I would definitely recommend anyone to Dr. Fleming for any plastic surgery needs! Thank you for everything!

I used to see Kathy before she left, (she was the best!) so they moved me over to Nicole, who I think is amazing! The reason for my low rating is because I just called to schedule an appt for a spot that just showed up on my arm and their "new policy" requires you get a referral from your doctor first. What kind of BS is that!? My Dr. does practice in dermatology how the hell is he suppose to know whether or not I need to be seen by a dermatologist or not? Unbelievable!

Waited 5 months for my son to see one of their providers. The actual appointment lasted probably 15 min at most for her to only look at his skin and tell me it was fungal. It was not fungal as we had tried several anti fungal medications that didn’t work. I then asked for the area to be swabbed and she again wanted to prescribe the same anti fungal medication previously prescribed. I told her we had tried that and didn’t work. I told her there was one antibiotic ointment that seemed to help. She then said we could continue with it while waiting for results since that medication also has “anti fungal” properties. It came back positive for staph. I was given the treatment and it did not work. We did a follow up and all she could say was unknown dermatitis and had no other plan for us. Just said if it worsened to call them back. The “rash” was still there and painful for my son! I couldn’t believe that was her response after waiting 5 months to see her. We had been dealing with skin issues for almost 2 years before seeing dermatology and was desperate for an answer. She didn’t seem to care at all. I then went back to my pediatrician and asked for another referral. They now think he has psoriasis. Kadlec dermatology was absolutely no help at all. Don’t waste your time on them.
