The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. Nicole is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and tailored a treatment plan specifically to my needs. Her expertise and genuine compassion made me feel confident and at ease throughout my visit. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and well-equipped, reflecting the high level of care they provide. I’ve seen incredible improvements in my skin since starting my treatments here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have been to Linnell Dermatology for medical skin issues, cosmetic and for laser hair removal. Honestly never been somewhere more professional and comfortable. The office is gorgeous but approachable, the staff friendly and professional and then Dr Linnell!!! So kind, friendly, nice, professional and clinically perfect! As a physician I’m kind of a snob about these things but after becoming a patient, I have referred so many of my beloved patients and friends to her to have a wide range of conditions evaluated and treated and to make scars pretty. Her judgment and technique are perfect. She does medical dermatology of course and all of the derm cosmetic things and yet it never feels salesy- she gives perfect advice/recommendations and you never forget she is a skilled and impeccable doctor. Seriously so amazing! I’ve also seen Nicole, her PA, for laser hair removal and she is just the best! Never felt a moment of self consciousness and things are absolutely perfect! Trust her with anything!! If I could give more stars I would⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had high hopes for my appointment given the high reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I went in specifically to have my acne evaluated, but the dermatologist never actually looked at my skin. Instead, they asked about the products I was using, mentioned they weren’t familiar with them, and then prescribed an entirely new set of products. When I asked if I should introduce the products gradually, I was reassured they were safe for sensitive skin and could be used all at once. I followed their advice and it ended up excessively drying out my skin. Overall, I left feeling like my concerns weren’t properly addressed, and the advice I received only worsened my skin’s condition. I would have appreciated a more personalized and careful approach.

Dr. Linnell and her staff are amazing! I was looking for a new medical derm and also for a derm for radiofrequency microneedling/any future laser needs, and I have definitely found the spot. Dr. Linnell is so personable and does not rush you at all with any of your questions (which I have a lot of those usually haha). I felt super supported there, and their staff is quick to reply to any follow up questions I have! There’s parking under the building (and a lot by the entrance but I just use the garage and can go straight from garage elevator to 2nd floor where they are) and it’s like $5 an hour maybe? So not bad at all to have the peace of mind of a place to park in first hill. Also their office space is beautiful and calming! I truly appreciate Dr. Linnell and her team!!!

Dr. Linnell is so caring and patient. Unlike other dermatologists, she never rushes through appointments. I’ve had multiple treatments to treat stubborn, old acne scars and have had great results with her. Her staff is also really organized and responsive. I’ve never had problems getting scheduled. They utilize Spruce for convenient messaging. Highly recommend this office!
