I am a long-term mountain biker and had a few bad crashes over a twelve year period of time, which symptoms of pulsatile tinnitus gradually increased and then in the last year experienced daily headaches, brain fog, loss of energy, and anxiety. After having a DMX video 2/2023 and seeing two orthopedic doctors in Portland OR 3/2023, my symptoms decreased about 50%. I looked online at doctor's websites and google reviews for a doctor specializing in Prolotherapy and PRP therapy in the neck region. My DMX video showed my C1-C2 and C4-C6 surrounding ligaments was were my pain was stemming from. I decided to have Dr. Squires do prolotherapy and PRP therapy as her knowledge and experience came across highly proficient to me. I was right, the first injection reduced my symptoms. I informed her, my side neck muscles were overly tight. I decided to have PRP injection as the second visit with her. She injected along my spine and on the side of my neck at the ligament points. After three weeks my daily headaches and pulsatile tinnitus have disappeared. Giving the injection time for the ligament to rebuild after a couple weeks, I felt a gradual decrease in my symptoms and increase in my energy. YES, I would recommend Dr. Squires.

Dr. Squires has been helping me for years, first with vertigo issues, then with chronic pain due to osteoarthritis in my spine, and also for general health maintenance. Most recently we've tried PRP therapy for my neck issues. It has almost entirely eliminated the pain in my neck. I wish I had done it years ago! Dr. Squires is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the therapies she uses. I love her friendly, straightforward approach. Highly recommend!

When I started last spring with Dr. Squires I had to tape my knee everyday for stability and to keep the swelling down. I have had PRP and Prolo therapy with Dr. Squires 3 times. My Baker's Cyst is all but gone. I don't have to tape my knee anymore and I am able to be more consistently active. Dr. Squires listens, observes, and thoughtfully applies her knowledge to my issues. I have enjoyed working with her and recommend her highly.

I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and have been seeing Dr. Squires for Prolotherapy, PRP, and Acoustic Compression Therapy since November 2021. These treatments are so awesome and have helped my joints become stronger. My chronic, daily, intense lumbar back pain and left leg neuropathy and nerve pain has improved tremendously and I am so grateful! Right now we are working on my wrist pain and I felt such relief for a week last week - the longest relief I have ever experienced! I'm so glad to have Dr. Squires as an important part of my healthcare team. It is obvious that she cares deeply for her patients.
