I had a wonderful experience. Checking in was very easy and they didn’t keep me in the waiting room for very long as many medical offices do. Dr Roshni was wonderful. She talked me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable in a nerve racking time.

Had a really horrible experience here - the check-in staff was pretty rude. I had to schedule 2 appointments in order to get what I wanted done. I called ahead prior to my first appointment and had asked if, based on my condition, X procedure could happen the same day - and they'd replied affirmatively. I even told them I'd received this diagnosis and that I could send over that note from my previous derm, but they said it wasn't an issue. I saw the doctor - who I found to be really unhelpful, completely disinterested, and honestly not very medically savvy? I got told very general feedback and nothing specialized to my skin type or my situation. Anyways, I was so disappointed to know that I'd have to come back another day for the procedure I wanted. By the way the procedure - did nothing for my condition and cost upwards of hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't recommend it. The care is super impersonal.

Dr.Zook has a sharp eye for skin cancer! I’ve been to a few different dermatologist, by far she is the most knowledgeable and professional. She’s personable and a very kind and caring person. I am plagued with Melanoma and the other skin cancers, she’s on it and keeps me going. She’s the best along with her staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love her!
