Just completed another extremely helpful visit to see Dr. Markus. As always, Dr. Markus and the entire Westside Dermatology Team were kind, patient, very knowledgeable and a great help to me in resolving my issue. If you have any dermatology related questions, issues or concerns, you would be very wise to call Dr. Markus. He and the WSD team are remarkable.

Dr. Markus is amazing and worthy of recommending. Always on time and has early appointments, too. Overall, extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious providing the best outcomes for my teenagers. Staff provides excellent follow through and service!

Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to see a provider to check an area of concern on my leg. Front office personnel were very polite and efficient, and I was extremely relieved at how the Physicians Assistant performed a biopsy so gently and quickly, respecting my anxious nature. Very, professional with an immaculate office, coffee and free parking. Despite not getting to see my regular provider (Dr. Kelli Arntzen) on such short notice, I was extremely satisfied with my care. I’ve been Westside Dermatology patient for over 25 years.

I’ve been a patient at Westside Dermatology for a while, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of care from the dermatologists. However, I’ve decided to seek services elsewhere due to ongoing scheduling challenges. The last several times I’ve needed to book an appointment, I’ve had to go in person to schedule with the receptionist because calling often required a significant time investment. Calls would frequently go unanswered, and messages weren’t always returned with confirmation of receipt. Additionally, the online scheduling system has never worked for me, which has added to the frustration. These issues with scheduling have led me to move away from the practice, despite being satisfied with the dermatological care itself. For example, I used to get Botox in the office because I felt more comfortable with a dermatologist administering it. Recently, I switched to Glow Medispa, where scheduling is much more convenient, customer service is significantly better, and the cost of Botox is lower. While I might consider returning to Westside Dermatology for critical or specialized dermatological needs, I’ll be seeking a new provider for annual skin checks and other routine care. I hope the clinic addresses these scheduling challenges with urgency, as they are otherwise a reputable and skilled practice.
