I went to Bella MD to get help with skin texture and evening skin tone and very curious about microneedling. I had a great experience with them despite being very anxious about it. The lidocaine cream made the process painless. They explained every step of the treatment which made me feel reassured. A day later my skin started peeling slowly which took a little less than a week to complete and I was able to see smoother skin. Already got a couple treatments with them. Can't wait to continue working with them and seeing more results!

I went to BellaMD for Botox, and Dr. Lobaton was incredibly thorough and amazing, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The injection itself was painless and expertly administered, leaving me very satisfied! This medspa has the most accommodating and friendly staff. I had some trouble scheduling my first appointment because of my busy schedule, had to move things around a few times. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. By the time I made it in, the dr made me feel incredibly comfortable since I’ve never had anything like this done before (micro needling). She walked me through the whole process verbally to let me know what to expect. The procedure went by faster than I anticipated with no pain. She wrote down notes of which cream I should apply to my face and when. My face peeled as expected the next day but once the redness and peeling subsided, my face felt incredibly smooth and fresh. Will definitely keep coming back.

She was so great! She took her time and went over the plan for my skin care, short and long term. There are a few things I’d like to do and she explained the steps to achieve my goal, more importantly how to maintain it and do it safely so I don’t further damage my skin. There are some things I’ve seen online that may not have been a good option which I didn’t know, and she laid out the pros and cons to help me understand. Highly recommend at least a consultation with her to start your long term skin care journey.
