Wonderful experience at Valley Dermatology. The space itself is gorgeous, and the energy perfectly matches its aesthetic. Everyone is very welcoming and kind, and the providers are incredible. I was treated by Jennifer Jordalen, PA-C. Jennifer and her medical assistant, Jordan, were exceptional. Jennifer makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. She treats you as if you were her best friend, taking time to explain and listen to you when developing a treatment plan. She is patient with questions and compassionate in her care. I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a medical setting before. I can’t imagine going anywhere else after visiting Valley Dermatology and feel so fortunate to have such an amazing office in the Spokane area!"

CAYLIE! I have had lip filler a handful of times over the years elsewhere and my best result was after seeing her. Knowledgeable, takes her time, and the staff is all kind.

Not great. Told them a 745am appointment would work, they scheduled me for 845am. Told them that I was in a hurry because I had to be somewhere, the front desk ladies did not give a flying care in the world. In fact three other people were called before me that arrived after me. We talk about service Like we should care, and these ladies clearly didn’t. Dr is great, but get some better front help staff.

I have been twice to see Farah for a hydrofacial and have had an amazing experience each time. She is so sweet, down to earth and we have had great conversations each time! Not to mention, I leave with fresh, clean and glowy skin!

She was exceptionally kind and informative, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her expertise in dermal fillers and Botox is evident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
