Literally every single person here is so friendly and understanding. I worried coming here because the whole idea of lipedema is daunting and uncomfortable - but they made it such a pleasant experience. Dr. Hagerty and Alyssa took their time to talk with me and answer all of my crazy questions. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I am so grateful I have the opportunity to go here. I feel like they are on my side and genuinely want to help, and not just here for the money. Great people, great place.

I had a really lovely experience with my initial consult and diagnosis but when it comes to scheduling anything else I've called an emailed so many times. Waited for months and still no response .Now I feel like that initial consult was such a waste of money if there was never an intention to treat

I am covered in tattoos, and constantly getting more. But for a new thigh project I had a jenky 18 year old outline that was going to be in the way. Premier Body and Laser has been helping me lighten it up. I'm currently 2 sessions in and already see amazing improvement and lightening of the area. Overall this facility has been a solid 5 out of 5 and I would highly recommend to any one looking for tattoo removal. Staff: The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They can explain to you the technology behind the lasers and all the do's and don'ts. They have been very flexible with me and scheduling. Pricing: No quality laser removal is cheap. But that being said, this facility prices by total square inches and will allow you to bundle areas together. I came in just for my thigh but had about a square inch of work I was paying for but not using. They informed me of this and asked if there was anywhere else I would like something removed, and turns out I did need another small thing cleaned up. This is not something that is available at all facilities. Procedure: Yes, it hurts. But PB&L will provide you with topical lidocaine beforehand and also has a cold air system to chill the area during the procedure. I've done removals both with and without the lidocaine. It hurts no matter what, but the techs are amazing and go at your pace and take breaks as needed. My only deviation from their plan is that I use saniderm immediately after my procedure which for me heals a lot better than the thick petroleum jelly method which they apply be default.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They called me to schedule a "free" consultation. I scheduled an appointment and they asked me to provide a card on file in case I wanted to start treatment directly after my appointment. I was hesitant at first but did it anyways. I had an emergency the day off my appointment and was unavailable they proceeded to charge my card $50 for missing a free consultation? They called and left a vm telling me they were charging my card. Ridiculous I never authorized anything and was told nothing about 50$ being charged if I miss a free appointment. SMH I will never go here because of this. Had they stated during my scheduling that if I miss my appointment then I'll be charged 50$ it would be different. But they didn't. Had to cancel my card and they didn't get jack.

Dr. Hagerty and Alyssa are phenomenal and incredibly knowledgeable about Lipedema treatment. They provide excellent and non-judgmental patient care, in a modern and comfortable environment. I highly recommend them for any Lipedema treatment needs!
