Excellent group. They take you as scheduled and are very efficient and caring. Dr.Pratt is very patient oriented and explains everything to you. It happened exactly as I was told would happen. You schedule your appointments and know when you need to return for follow/up. It was a very good experience with Dr. Pratt and his staff. I recommend them highly.

All the staff from the front desk to nursing, anesthesia and of course Dr. Pratt were great. Everyone was extremely helpful. All medical procedures went extremely well. All my questions were answered. My eyelid has healed leaving a very small scare that will probably go away. It is so small, it is almost invisible. I would highly recommend Dr. Pratt.

Everything was wonderful from my first consult to my two week post-op appointment. Dr Pratt and the whole team there are really great. I had a bilateral lower blepharoplasty along with the CO2 laser on my lower lids. The change is amazing! Eye bags are gone! Totally worth it. Down time was minimal. Pain was nearly non-existent.
