Rachael and her staff are always very warm and welcoming. I always leave the clinic relaxed and glowing. I first came to Rachael in 2022 to try and get help navigating my skins changes as I entered my 30s. I stayed because of Rachael's knowledge and he desire to find what works best for her clients. As someone with skin that can be temperamental, it's nice to have an esthetician that listens to the feedback and finds a product and routine that works for each individual.

I have had facials at Rachael Rosewood Clinic from both Rachael and Whitney and the experience is always incredible!! The techniques and products that they use are the best. I did the dermal imaging which was super helpful to see the underlying conditions of my skin and what products it needs. I also enjoyed the Rosewood bespoke facial which made my skin so revitalized and happy!! I highly recommend Rachael or Whitney and all their treatment options!! Your skin will thank you and you will feel amazing!!

This clinic has been such a blessing to my skin as I’ve struggled with acne for as long as I can remember. I started seeing Rachael for the acne program and after just a couple months it has done absolute wonders for my skin. The skincare products that she put me on in addition to the biweekly treatments made my skin the clearest it’s been in YEARS. The only problem I have left after those couple of months is the post inflammatory erythema (which we’re still working on). Rachael has been so kind and understanding in every aspect. She’ll work with you to find a routine & regimen that fits your needs & finances. I’ve tried what seems like everything to clear my acne and this has been the only thing that’s truly worked for me. 10/10 recommend this place 🤍

I went to Rachael Rosewood for over a year at least once, if not twice monthly. I loved this place and recommended to others. I got a chemical peel here that has caused big discolored blotches on my face. After my treatment I was told that I should have stopped using certain products prior to the peel. All of my skincare routine was recommended by them and purchased from them- they were aware of every product I was using and did not bother telling me to stop those products until AFTER my negative reaction. I reached out to them days after my peel to share my concerns and they asked that I come in. They looked at my skin, took pictures and told me I had some extra dryness, nothing of concern. They did not offer a refund or any kind of corrective help at this time- strange way to treat a very regular customer. I went to a dermatologist for a second opinion. The dermatologist agreed that damage had been done to my skin. Only after this, did they offer a take home mask treatment or to take dermal images of my skin. At this point, I did not want them touching my skin. I asked for a refund for just the chemical peel, which was then given to me. Now 11 months later, those blotches and the damaged area is still visible on my face. I thought after 11 months it would be reasonable to leave a review to hopefully prevent others from having to go through the same thing.
