Abby was so compassionate, caring & super insightful when it comes to product knowledge! Seeing her smiling face as I walk up the steps always makes me feel so welcome & like they are happy to see me! I had Ann today for my treatment & she was phenomenal! She shared that she is a retired military RN; so she is incredibly wise while remaining down to earth. She eased all of my anxiety, explained in vivid detail each step of the process from a love filled heart & perspective that I could understand. This place & these amazing women will make you feel safe, protected, & well taken care of! I am so thankful that I can trust y’all with the care of my skin! Thank you!!

Honest Review: I've been coming here since I was 25, (I'm 34 now) and always have Michelle do my treatments. I'm pretty skeptical and a hard critic, so this is a good review. No point in lying, this is a lot of money to defy aging. The first thing I liked about Michelle were the asian paintings she had hung up, they were close ups of different Asian males. They were really bright and different, and when I had asked her about them, she looked really happy when she told me she had bought them because "they had all of the muscles correct". She knows her stuff. I get Botox, filler and have had a lot else done based on what she recommended (she was right). Michelle is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, full of life and it really did get to the point where I forgot to ask what she thinks and just let her do it. That's been going on for years now. I think every woman can understand that it takes A LOT of trust to get to the point where you let someone stick needles in your face without asking for what you need because you are just happy finding out how they are doing, know you'll look and feel better while you just let her do her thing, and can feel it in your gut when you are in a good place and don't have to explain someone to death to get it. She's got it. She's just that good and it is that easy with her and other physicians here. Michelle is a wonderful person and has her head on right and is a "woman's" woman. If you are looking for a place to hold your trust, minimize pain (I've never had lip filler that didn't make me cry until I went here), respect your budget, be kind enough when to tell you to get a respectful grip or what you actually need, this is the place. I've never had a bad experience here and it is worth the money, though not overpriced. It's fair. If you need to know (who doesn't): I'm super white, Norwegian, pink undertones and that makes me part sharpei as far as skin care goes. Today my blood sugar dropped when I was getting filler and Michelle brought me cherry pie she had bought and just sat with me until I felt better. She is very much a kind friend, did not rush me at all and a great physician that will sit with you or help in a weird, embarrassing spot, and just talk to you. All of the practitioners and receptionists really do care. They're funny, they remember your name (that part is not funny but/and they're normal lol) and they are so kind. They take the time to listen and it's real here. Thank you guys for being so great, you really do go above and beyond and you're all bestie material. Michelle, I'm getting the button license in Canada, girl. I posted a picture of my dog for the review because it's late and I'm tired. His name is Mr. Pig. I highly recommend this clinic! They are the absolute best in this industry. They truly go above and beyond to be sure you are heard by providing a very genuine and honest approach in helping you achieve the best results. I’ve been hesitant to get anything done for a while now. I got a gift card for this place to help deal with some rosacea for Christmas. Also had some deep lines in my forehead id had enough of and finally pulled the trigger for a great price and a first time discount. There was no upselling just a candid acknowledgement of my personal insecurities and exactly how to treat them. We did some minimal Botox to ease me in and I’m loving the results. I felt comfortable and well informed by the wonderful ladies working here. They definitely put me at ease. I’ll be returning, they made the experience feel safe and fun and gave me exactly what I wanted! Can’t wait to return for another laser treatment to get this rosacea all the way gone!

Writing this because I finally decided to end my services with TLC. I’ve had a decent experience getting Botox and filler done here since 2021 but the last time I went (November or December 2024) I had such a horrible experience that I feel like people should know which injector to avoid. I believe I’ve had Danielle twice since I’ve been there and I recall the first time I met her it wasn’t a pleasant interaction but not bad enough that I felt the need to say anything. I remember because every injector I’ve had there I walked out feeling great and had a good conversation with but with her she walks in with a scowl and an attitude like she’s better than everyone. Again, the first time I just brushed it off. The last time I went in it was such a horrible experience with her I literally walked out crying. When she initially walked in she wasn’t pleasant again, just does not smile or engage in friendly small talk so I remembered her. My fiancé and I started talking to her and the conversation was just eh. Jokingly, he asked her about a line on his forehead and she goes “OH yeah you definitely need [botox] it there” and he was just like ok.. it’s really about her demeanor it’s just not warm or friendly it’s more superficial and feels fake. So to my point. She injected around my eyes and when I went to use the restroom I noticed a bump on my eyelid close to the injection site so I went back up to ask about it. First, when she walked back in the room I apologized for returning and she rolled her eyes and gave me the nastiest look (I’ve never had an interaction from a provider or professional like that before). Second, when I pointed out the bump she immediately became defensive and said “I didn’t even inject you there” and “that was there when I injected you”. I was blown away at the fact that she was not only extremely unprofessional in her response but offered no explanation or solution (I’m naturally anxious during appts so it’s eases my mind when I ask questions). I still can’t believe she told me I had a bump on my eyelid when I walked in and even tried to show me my before picture but couldn’t see it because “your eye was open” LOL. I don’t know why she thought GASLIGHTING me into thinking I was the problem, like I don’t know my own body well enough was going to be the proper response but that was how she ended it. No explanation or resolve just pointing the finger at me when I was worried about my eyelid that looked OFF. I walked out crying to my fiancé because I was actually worried and didn’t know what to do. I just didn’t know what to expect or do! On my way out, my fiancé also informed me that she was whispering to the girls at the front and looking at me as we were leaving so that felt cool too. Just such an awful experience all around so much that I’ve decided to stop going there. Luckily I was able to get in touch with one of their after hour nurses who put my mind at ease and apologized for the interaction, even followed up a couple of times after which I appreciated but unfortunately I will not be returning to TLC knowing I might possibly get Danielle again. No thanks.
