Karen is my favorite provider for laser hair removal. I'm surprisingly happy with this place and prices/service. I was skeptical of it being a big corporation but the prices and service have been better than other smaller medspas I've been to. I would definitely recommend for their laser hair removal, the unlimited discount touch ups are very necessary and a great deal. Don't be fooled by places selling you a package of 6 saying that's all you'll need.

Karen was the best! It was my first time getting perioral fillers. She took her time with me, gave me ice packs when I got lightheaded, and explained everything in detail. She recommended products for the issues I'm having. And she even let me sample one. I love how I didn't feel rushed. She would tell me to breathe in when she was about to inject, and she let me know what was going on every step of the way. I live very close to the Tacoma location, but driving 30 mins to see Karen was worth it!

This is my first time with Ideal Image and it was very nice experience because I loved the results for lips filler and Botox with very mild pain, plus the technician Kathy was so amazing and lovely. I will keep visiting this branch and recommend it to everyone. Thank you :)

The person that did my laser hair removal, Karen, was super nice and accommodating. Sometimes medical professionals don't know how to treat me because I'm in a wheelchair but she didn't hesitate at all. Also, I'm biracial (black and white), though I look pretty white. Even though I would consider myself olive skin toned, she took one look at my skin, asked my ethnicity, and said because of that people should only use the dark laser on me for safety. They obviously know what they are doing. The procedure was fast and I'm not experiencing any side effects.

AVOID if you like your money and time being saved! I've been undergoing laser treatments here for about a year now since they space your appointments about two months apart from each other (literally every 8 weeks is what they say). Before paying for anything I was guaranteed that the hair would never come back by their representative whom I spoke to on a video call (when you inquire, that's how they speak to you in the beginning until you're established, then you'll be speaking with whichever office you get the service done at for certain needs). She even went on to say how she's gotten laser done on multiple areas and how beneficial it was and yada yada yada. The nurse practitioners in the office even said "usually takes 8 sessions for the hair to be gone, but we will continue to monitor your progress and add more sessions if needed". They've said this on multiple occasions. And the only additional charges that were made clear, were when you no longer needed treatments, and a considerable amount of time passes since you've been treated, in the event due to aging/hormonal changes, etc, you start growing hair in the treated areas again, you will be charged for "touch up" appointments. After confirming my 7th appointment the representative tried explaining to me that if I need more appointments beyond 8, I'll have to pay somewhere around $70 per appointment even though the hair has never fully went away! Such a waste! Almost $2k just for laser on certain spots on my face/neck that still grow hair and they're not sticking to what I was assured by in order to get my money! The rep tried saying "we just mostly get them to go away or make the hairs lighter" like what? That doesn't even make sense when promoting laser hair REMOVAL. Frauds. I'm planning to review my contracts in case recourse is needed. Not to mention, paid for the special membership that the representative didn't tell me they try to charge you for YEARLY. I didn't get to use any of the perks it included since I'm still waiting to see success with the laser treatment plan I'm already undergoing, and they won't honor any additional special discounts I was supposed to recieve on my next service since I don't want to pay another almost $300 for the stupid annual membership. Why would I give you more money when you're you're not honest, nor successful with what you're promoting to people? Save yourself from learning this mistake. They shouldn't be in business. Wish I could give zero stars.
