I am so lucky to have found Professional Skin Solutions! Their customer service and skill level is 10 out of 10. I see Shawna regularly and I have also seen Cambria for a facial. I feel so confident in their abilities and they also make me feel comfortable and at ease during procedures. Even Keri at the front desk is so kind and thorough in answering any questions I have about different types of appointments and procedures. I plan on continuing to go to Professional Skin Solutions for any skincare needs I have in the future. We are so lucky to have them in our valley. 💗

Shawna Annis, RN and her team are so knowledgeable and super friendly. You can tell that they love helping people to feel happier and more confident. I have had several procedures and every time, the outcome has been wonderful! I get great compliments from friends and acquaintances. They say that my face looks like "I'm aging in reverse!" They have no idea about my Skin Solutions secret! They think it's the face cream I'm using! Shawna and her group of very skilled specialists listen to what YOU are looking for. The first appointment is an initial comprehensive evaluation to get to know you and to understand what you are looking for, help you to feel comfortable, and to then discuss what they can offer. Skin Solutions specialists do NOT push you to do more than you are comfortable with. Huge testimonial: My husband who really needed help with rosacea and skin damage in his scalp and face, "poo pooed" the idea and "waste of money" until her witnessed positive changes with my skin. At long last, he, too, has had procedures that Skin Solutions. He is very happy with HIS outcome! And so am I! Skin Solutions also have a very skilled and super friendly, plastic surgeon who comes over from Seattle for consultation and treatment for those wanting more. The physician is independent of Skin Solutions. From my own personal experience, he made me feel very comfortable from the first time that I met with him. I'm looking forward to my appointment today for BBL treatment, it works wonders!!
