200 dollars to get to this appointment through a nice organization cause I can't drive right now and after getting there over a hour and half trip with my severe anxiety and other issues the younger doctor was nice wanted to help but soon as Dr wise came in it was the end of my help He wouldn't listen to me , I know what happened to my jaw and I know the structure of my face it's my face we all should know the built of our face and I can't eat or drink I'm locked up my top of my mouth is dropping down and pain is horrible but they wanted to throw my past in my face and cause I had done something 13 years ago I'm to suffer for it now , And to send me home with same condition but worse in mental depression I think over 2 years is long enough suffering but I know if I had money it would been different. Plus a experiment surgery? Come on do they experiment on the rich too? I doubt that . So I guess I am to let my health go down more not drinking fluids an eating good ol I forgot people like me we can handle starving since we don't have lot money and exact words out of his mouth was physical therapy I will be in more pain but I need grin and bare it .wow . IM just thinking there isn't good doctors no more it's all about money. But Hate to tell them Money don't get you into God's kingdom.

Dr. Ogledski and staff are very professional and courteous and kind. Just had a styloidectomy and he did an A+ job. I'm thankful for him and his staff. I would recommend Ogledzki to anyone.

Dr Ogledzki and staff have no clue how to deal with a Neurodivergent (I'm autistic and ADHD) person and should just flat out refuse to care for us instead of wasting our time. When I went in for my initial consultation with Dr. Ogledzki I let him know I have sensory issues that tie into my complex PTSD. I get extremely anxious in hospital settings not only due to lifelong trauma from incompetent medical professionals that flat out abuse ND folk, but due to sensory issues like the fluorescent lights and electrical noises. These can make my blood pressure raise really high. I've explained I monitor my BP at home and it typically is normal. I'm on BP meds and take them daily. Even if my BP reads 110/60 at home it can jump to 180/110 in stressful hospital settings. I explained all that. Explained how I got my pilonidal cyst surgery by them calming me down and it went fine. He promised all these things would be accommodated for me. I didn't have to worry. So day of my surgery to get two teeth extracted I'm already nervous. BP was below normal a couple days before but nerves made it start getting up a bit. But nothing awful. But day of it got up to 167/100. So I called before going to make sure I didn't waste my time. The girl got my information. I made sure to tell her that just last night my BP was 130/70. A tiny bit high on the top number but not bad. But I told her the current reading. Said it was due to nerves. What should I do? Will he actually do the surgery or turn me away if I waste my access to care ride (I don't drive). She speaks to him and he says how he now can't do the surgery. And how I need to call my PCP. I explained to the girl on the phone that once I calm my BP will be fine. And my PCP knows my issues like this and doesn't worry. She said that's all she can do, is cancel the surgery and reschedule. I refuse to reschedule. I am disabled and live alone. I had so much planning go into this and to have Dr. Ogledzki totally forget everything we discussed I know I'm not in good hands with them. I'll either find someone else (even if I need to pay out of pocket) or not get the teeth removed. But if you're autistic please don't go to that people. They won't even begin to understand you. They will be arrogant and claim they do, but they won't understand at all and waste your time. I also put in a complaint to my insurance about the situation and the office manager literally lied to the insurance people and they get away with it. It becomes your word against theirs and they aren't held accountable. I record every phone call I make and have actual proof that office manager lied to the insurance people but the insurance said it didn't matter. The only way to hold these people accountable is to not give them business it seems.

I saw Dr. Mae Hyre here. She is young, but seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the patient. After she does my surgery we will know for sure I suppose. I'd give 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 1.5 hours and talk to a rude receptionist.
